Attend a School Board Meeting

Regular School Board meetings are held at the District Office (1410 South McKay Ave., Suite 201, Alexandria) in the Oak Conference Room of the . School board meetings are usually the third Monday of each month* (*except for January, February & September, which are held the fourth Monday) beginning at 7:00 p.m. A full schedule can be found on the district website.

Speaking up can be intimidating but is important when building consensus in a community. Consider writing a letter to the editor in support of my work or an issue that is important to you. The link below will tell you how to submit and a letter to the editor of 300 words or less.
